3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers who assist in our operations

Finance partner referrals

If you ask to be introduced to our featured finance partner — by completing the "Get introduced" finance enquiry form — we share the details you provide so they can contact you about finance for your enquiry. This applies whether you are a registered user or submit the form as a guest.

We share:

• Your name, email address and (if given) phone number
• The property and the figures relevant to your enquiry (such as price, loan amount, deposit, purpose and any notes you add)

We share this only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. Once we pass your enquiry to our featured finance partner, they process your information as an independent data controller under their own privacy policy.

Any marketing preference you set on the form (for example, to receive property deal alerts) is separate from your finance enquiry, is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and provide personalized content. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

8. Browser Extension

If you install our Chrome browser extension ("Prop AI Deals for Rightmove & Zoopla"), we collect the following information when you visit a Rightmove or Zoopla property listing page:

• The property's external ID (a numeric identifier extracted from the URL)
• Telemetry events about your interactions with the extension (sidebar rendered, property added to pipeline, enquiry drafted)
• Your Prop AI Deals account ID (for authentication)

We do not collect the page's HTML content, your browsing history outside Rightmove and Zoopla, or any personal data from the listing pages themselves. The extension only activates on *.rightmove.co.uk and *.zoopla.co.uk domains.

Authentication is synchronised from your Prop AI Deals account via Clerk's secure sync host feature — you sign in once on our website and the extension inherits that session. You can sign out at any time from the extension popup.

9. Gmail Integration (Google API Services)

If you choose to connect your Gmail account (an optional feature for Pro and Founder plans), Prop AI Deals requests the gmail.compose scope. We use this access for one purpose only: to create draft emails in your Gmail Drafts folder when you click "Push to Gmail Drafts" on a property enquiry, offer letter, or investor pack cover note.

We do not send emails on your behalf, read, list, or modify the messages in your inbox, or access your contacts. Drafts are placed in your account for you to review and send yourself. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access immediately.

Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (Fernet AES-128) and are never written to our logs. Tokens are scoped to your individual account and are never shared across users.

Prop AI Deals' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Gmail data to create drafts on your behalf, never read inbox content, never share with third parties, and never use it for advertising.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
