How many alerts can I set up?
Free trial users can create up to 3 alerts. Starter plan includes 3 alerts, Premium allows 10 alerts, and Pro offers unlimited alerts. Each alert can have multiple criteria combined.
Can I set alerts for specific yield thresholds?
Yes. You can set minimum gross yield, net yield, or cash-on-cash return thresholds. For example, "alert me to properties with 7%+ gross yield in Liverpool under 150k". Our AI calculates yields automatically.
Do alerts include investment analysis?
