Who controls access to a deal?
You do, per listing. Choose your site, the off-market feed, or both. On your site, show anything from area only to the full address, and gate the detail and deal pack to investors you have invited with a one-tap magic link. In the feed, the address stays private until an investor requests an introduction, and you see every request.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Launch instantly on a free yourname.mypropdeals.co.uk address, or connect your own domain later (you add a DNS record and it verifies automatically). Either way the site is live in minutes.
When does the investor feed open?
It is in early access and opens soon. Before your first feed listing you will complete a short compliance declaration (anti-money-laundering supervision, redress scheme and ICO registration). Set up your site and deal rooms now and your listings are ready to opt in on day one.
Is it genuinely white-label?
Your logo, colours and domain run throughout, and you can switch off the “Powered by Prop AI Deals” footer entirely. To your investors it reads as your firm’s own website, because it is.
