Prop AI Deals provides a library of strategy template documents (the "Templates") for informational and educational purposes only. The Templates do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You will engage a qualified UK solicitor to review, amend, and approve any Template before signing it, sending it to any third party, or relying on it in any way.
Prop AI Deals makes no representation as to the suitability, legality, or enforceability of any Template in your specific circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop AI Deals and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or legal consequence arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Templates.
You indemnify Prop AI Deals against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of a Template, including any claim by a vendor, agent, solicitor, or other party to whom you have sent or shown a Template.
Prop AI Deals may update, modify, or withdraw Templates at any time without notice. Historic generations remain accessible in your account but may not reflect current content.

We may contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS and outbound voice call. What we send depends on what you have opted in to:

Service messages — account, billing, security and the property alerts you have set up. These are part of the Service and you receive them while your account is open.
Marketing messages — product updates, offers and property content you have not specifically asked for. We only send these where you have opted in.

WhatsApp messages and marketing messages require separate, explicit consent, which you give in the app — for example by connecting WhatsApp in your settings, or by ticking a marketing preference. Accepting these Terms does not give us that consent, and we will not message you on either basis without it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time:

Email — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
Voice calls — tell us on the call, or email info@propaideals.co.uk

Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop essential service messages about your account, and does not cancel your subscription.

WhatsApp messages are delivered through a third-party messaging provider and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms. Your network's standard message and data charges may apply.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
