Verdict (our view)
Property Filter’s pricing is transparent in structure and honest about its limits — the per-tier caps are published plainly, which is more than several competitors manage.
Our view is that the entry tier is priced as a full product but scoped as a trial. Ten postcode searches is one region. If you are sourcing across the North West and Yorkshire, you are on Investor from month one, and the real comparison is £180 per month with VAT, not the £100 headline.
Against that, £59 all in is the number we charge, and we do not cap postcodes on any tier. That is the case we would make — but it is a different product, and if you need the letter campaigns, the price gap is not the deciding factor.
