Taking the public evidence at face value, Property Filter delivers for the people it is built for. A 4.9 Trustpilot score across 281 reviews, sustained at 42 reviews in the last year, is not something you can manufacture cheaply, and the community engagement it implies is the product’s real asset.
Our view is that the pricing assumes you will use all of it. Explorer at £120 including VAT gives you 3 saved searches, 10 postcode searches and 1 letter campaign — enough to learn the system, not enough to source at volume. The tier that matches most serious investors is Investor at £180 including VAT.
Buy it if you want structure, accountability and outreach in one subscription. Look elsewhere if you already know your strategy and want the analysis layer alone, where the per-month cost is hard to justify against data-first tools at a third of the price.
